Our late grandmother Eleni Kokolaki(nicknamed "Kokolenia") was very hospitable and kind. Our main goal is to continue the tradition of her hospitality and kindness with her house.Eleni's cozy house give’s you and your family or friends the realxing feeling of the vacations you always dreamed about.This house is within walking distance of the center of Agios Nikolaos and lake Voulismeni, offering a beautiful view of the bay of Mirabello.

Die Fotos haben gehalten was sie versprochen haben- ein grandioser Ausblick auf das Meer. Die Einrichtung war sehr geschmackvoll und gemütlich. Wir wurden mit Obst, Wein und zwei Flaschen Wasser im Kühlschrank empfangen. Man hat sich direkt wohl gefühlt!! Die Lage ist super- Supermarkt fußläufig, Strand fußläufig und auch in das Zentrum rein kann man schön am Meer entlang laufen.

Elenis Cozy House hat die perfekte Größe für 2 Personen. Die Küche ist toll ausgestattet und das Welcome-Paket mit Obst und Wein war eine sehr nette Geste. Die Lage ist ruhig mit Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür und dennoch sind Supermarkt und tolle Restaurants bestens zu Fuß erreichbar. Highlight: Die windgeschützte Terrasse mit Morgensonne – ideal zum Frühstücken. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Das einzige, aber das ist wirklich Jammern auf hohem Niveau, ist die fehlende Spülmaschine. Das Bett ist ein bisschen weich, aber andere finden es vermutlich perfekt, es ist eher Geschmackssache, vermute ich!

Eleni’s Cozy House is a little way outside the centre of Agios Nikolaos and is approximately a 15 minute walk from the centre of the town. The building itself has had an extensive renovation within the last few years and is extremely well maintained and exceptionally clean. There are excellent sea views from the building looking down to the beach where there are bars and a number of good restaurants. Also it’s just a short walk to two very good bakeries and a large Sklaventis supermarket. There’s a large amount of free parking around the property and a back gate you can use if you park behind the building. Our hosts were very helpful and did check-in with us at the halfway point of our stay to see if we needed anything. Overall highly recommended.

We very much enjoyed Eleni’s Cozy House !
The property was very clean,the views from both patios were amazing and the location was quiet. It was just a short walk into town which was nice . Would highly recommend this property!
