Our late grandmother Eleni Kokolaki(nicknamed "Kokolenia") was very hospitable and kind. Our main goal is to continue the tradition of her hospitality and kindness with her house.Eleni's cozy house give’s you and your family or friends the realxing feeling of the vacations you always dreamed about.This house is within walking distance of the center of Agios Nikolaos and lake Voulismeni, offering a beautiful view of the bay of Mirabello.

Elenis Cozy House hat die perfekte Größe für 2 Personen. Die Küche ist toll ausgestattet und das Welcome-Paket mit Obst und Wein war eine sehr nette Geste. Die Lage ist ruhig mit Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür und dennoch sind Supermarkt und tolle Restaurants bestens zu Fuß erreichbar. Highlight: Die windgeschützte Terrasse mit Morgensonne – ideal zum Frühstücken. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Das einzige, aber das ist wirklich Jammern auf hohem Niveau, ist die fehlende Spülmaschine. Das Bett ist ein bisschen weich, aber andere finden es vermutlich perfekt, es ist eher Geschmackssache, vermute ich!

Die Unterkunft ist noch schöner als auf den Bildern. Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt und hatten alles, was man für einen Aufenthalt benötigt. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und es hat einen grossen Kühlschrank. Sehr aufmerksam waren das bereits gekühlte Wasser im Kühlschrank, die Früchte auf dem Tisch, die Flasche Wein sowie die Keckse. Die beiden Sitzmöglichkeiten sind perfekt für den abendlichen Apéro sowie das Frühstück am Morgen. Ins Zentrum gelangt man nach etwa einem 15 Minütigen Fussweg - Dies beschwert einem aber dann auch die ruhigen Nächte, weil man etwas ausserhalb ist. Es gibt einen Einkaufsladen direkt bei der Unterkunft sowie diverse Kaffees für den morgendlichen Kaffee (es gibt auch einen Kaffeemaschine in der Unterkunft) oder einer Leckerei zum Frühstück. Parken kann man direkt bei der Unterkunft und man ist von der Unterkunft auch schnell auf den Hauptstrassen für Ausflüge in der Gegend. Ich kann die Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen.

Perfektes airbnb um Agios Nikolaos ind Umgebung zu entdecken. Sehr ruhig gelegen und doch schnell im Zentrum oder Hafen.
Auch praktisch Parkplatz neben dem Haus.

Eleni’s Cozy House is a little way outside the centre of Agios Nikolaos and is approximately a 15 minute walk from the centre of the town. The building itself has had an extensive renovation within the last few years and is extremely well maintained and exceptionally clean. There are excellent sea views from the building looking down to the beach where there are bars and a number of good restaurants. Also it’s just a short walk to two very good bakeries and a large Sklaventis supermarket. There’s a large amount of free parking around the property and a back gate you can use if you park behind the building. Our hosts were very helpful and did check-in with us at the halfway point of our stay to see if we needed anything. Overall highly recommended.

We very much enjoyed Eleni’s Cozy House !
The property was very clean,the views from both patios were amazing and the location was quiet. It was just a short walk into town which was nice . Would highly recommend this property!

Magnifique logement très bien situé où on peut profiter d'Agios à pieds car le centre ville se trouve à 15 minutes en longeant la mer. C'est très agréable !
La décoration est soignée et propre.
Nous avons adoré les 2 terrasses avec les vues à couper le souffle !
Tout le confort nécessaire est présent dans ce logement. Le quartier est très calme la nuit.
Nous recommandons vivement ce logement.
