Beautiful villa. The pictures are exactly as the villa is. It's set in a beautiful location, clean, and spacious. I was concerned about it being on the road next to the water, but it was so peaceful! Thank you. There is a steep driveway to go up but with the car it's no issue. If you're walking it could be an issue if you have older people with you. But so worth the steep hill

De accommodatie was bijzonder schoon! Ik neem altijd een klamboe mee, maar die hebben we absoluut niet nodig gehad. Er is een heerlijke complete keuken/woonkamer, twee fijne slaapkamers met hele goede matrassen, een prima badkamer en veel opbergruimte in de woning. De airco maakt het af. Ook werd er elke vier dagen schoongemaakt en kon ik met alle vragen via de app terecht en werd er snel gereageerd en een probleem (zoals dat de Wifi een keer minder goed werkte) snel opgelost. En het beste was natuurlijk de locatie! Wat een geweldige plek is dit, zo aan het water. Precies tussen de haven en de wat zuidelijker gelegen restaurantjes in is het hier ook rustig genoeg om te slapen en toch ben je lopend snel waar je wilt zijn. En dat het terras vanaf een uur of 13 in de schaduw ligt is ook erg fijn. Dat de mensen die langslopen de hele dag foto's maken van het huisje ging wel een beetje vervelen op den duur, maar dat is echt een luxeprobleem :-) Er viel niets tegen, het ziet er echt zo uit als op de foto's en eigenlijk nog beter. Je hoeft er geen moment over te twijfelen om hierheen te gaan.

This is a well equipped, comfortable apartment with a view which cannot be surpassed at the sea edge. The air conditioning is superb and the high ceilings make the apartment very airy. It is kept immaculately clean and tidy. The owner is extremely helpful and nothing is too much trouble. All communication clear and friendly. The apartment is very conveniently situated close to the waterfront tavernas and local shops. Being on the first floor, we experienced no noise and the experience was completely relaxing and peaceful. We had a wonderful stay and cannot wait to return to this very special apartment. Nothing

We are coming to Agios Nikolas every year, and book apartments especially in this part of the town. From all variants, which we rent for all this years, this is the best!!! It is new apartment. Inside everything was perfect. Everything is thought out to the smallest detail. The only thing I would like is to have a washing machine. But it is not critical, because not far away there is self washing laundry.

We stayed in this brand new apartment for three nights as a family. It exceeded our expectation in every way possible. The location is amazing, basically 2 minutes walk to the beach, to the restaurants and to the inner city. The host was incredibly friendly and helpful who made sure that we had everything we needed. We had a private car parking which was very needed for the location as parking can be very hard to find. We were also the first guests to check in. I highly recommend this place. Nothing whatsoever. Everything was so perfect.

spacious, clean, modern, great kitchen amenities, complimentary water, fruit, and raki, and the bed is like sleeping on a cloud! After staying in so many places in Greece where they don't even give you shampoo, it was so nice to find EVERYTHING needed, from washing pods to coffee pods. there is a little noise from the restaurants on either side of the unit, but neither very often nor very loud

Amazing location with views across the harbour and center of Elounder. Apartment was clean and comfortable. George answered any queries we had. Elounder is a lovely town, very friendly, lots of great restaurants and great beach.

Die Fotos haben gehalten was sie versprochen haben- ein grandioser Ausblick auf das Meer. Die Einrichtung war sehr geschmackvoll und gemütlich. Wir wurden mit Obst, Wein und zwei Flaschen Wasser im Kühlschrank empfangen. Man hat sich direkt wohl gefühlt!! Die Lage ist super- Supermarkt fußläufig, Strand fußläufig und auch in das Zentrum rein kann man schön am Meer entlang laufen.

The apartment was very comfortable, very spacious and had a stunning view, we never got over. Often getting up early to see the sunrise over the bay. George had also left a goodie bag, wine and water in the fridge. The apartment was convenient for walking to the centre, driving to other areas, (on road parking outside) and in the residential/ commercial area of Agios Nikoloas. There were bakeries, cafes and restaurants nearby, several of which we tried and enjoyed. Nothing.
