L'emplacement face à la mer, à 200 mètres du centre. Grand logement, très propre, très bon accueil ! Place de parking (non privative mais nous avons pu nous garer sans problème)

Perfect location, absolutely spotless apartment with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The balcony has wonderful sea views, which was a lovely bonus. Excellent communication throughout our stay. Highly recommend!

100% clean and comfortable apartment? Check. Great beds and shower? Check. Beautiful view on Mirabella Bay? Check. We could go on and on. By now, we have stayed in dozens of apartments all over Crete and this one has been the best so far. Hands down. Why? Because it combines very modern and high standard accommodation with real warm (very warm!) Cretan hospitality. And that's rare. The hosts, Athina and Georgios, are the very very best you'll ever find. Many a 5-star hotel manager could learn something from them. We love you guys and hope to be back. But the only problem is that you made us love Agios Nikolaos even more than we did, so we may be looking for a long-term rental... Nothing. There is nothing to remark here.

Patogi vieta. Arti centro ir ežero. Ir netoli paplūdymio. Viskas tvarkinga ir švaru. Vienintelis minusas, kad reikia lipti į 3 aukštą, bet po sočios graikiškos vakarienės gali sudeginti kalorijas😄

Dieses Appartement ist außergewöhnlich toll. Wir waren schon öfter im Ort,aber keine Unterkunft war so wundervoll .Alles vorhanden was man braucht,tolle Ausstattung, sehr sauber.Der Vermieter hat sofort reagiert als wir um eine dickere Decke für unseren Sohn baten.Grandios. Wir wurden mit einem zauberhaften Geschenk begrüßt,so liebevoll.Wir haben uns so sehr gefreut über die Dips,Cracker und den Wein.Die Aussicht von der riesigen Terasse ist unbeschreiblich schön. Wir werden zu hundert Prozent wiederkommen. Das Restaurant unter der Wohnung hat so wundervolle Mitarbeiter,alle sehr herzlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir hätten auch ohne den Rabatt von 15% dort gegessen,weil es zu den Top 3 Restaurants im Ort gehört. Das Essen ist einfach fantastisch. Vielen Dank für diese wunderschöne Zeit. Die Schlafcouch für den dritten Schlafplatz ist wirklich unbequem.Wir hatten eine extra Luftmatratze dabei,weil wir schon ahnten dass es sehr unbequem ist. Mit der extra Matratze war alles gut. Eine Sonnenliege für die Terrasse wäre ein absoluter Gewinn,die neue Bestuhlung ist nicht sehr bequem.

Villa Kalydon was amazing! We loved our stay. The villa and the views were even better in person. All of the rooms are beautiful with comfortable beds and have access to the outdoors. We loved the pool and the multiple chill areas outside. The glass wall separating the pool from the dining table provides the perfect escape from the wind so we could still eat outside. The location is also amazing. It’s a 5 minute drive to Plaka where there are very cute restaurants, shops and the beach and 15 min from Elounda where there are more shops and restaurants.

The apartment is good, comfortable and cozy. It has all you need inside, a market right downstairs, and it is literally on the sea. This is not the owners fault, however the supermarket personnel has been listening to very high volume techno music throughout the nights. This happened every night until we informed them it could be heard from upstairs.

L'emplacement au cœur de la ville et sa proximité à pied à la fois du lac et des tavernes au bord de l'eau. La facilité pour se garer (il y avait toujours des places gratuites dans la rue qui longe la marina). L'appartement est très grand, d'une propreté irréprochable et très bien équipé avec un grand balcon et une très belle vue sur la mer. La literie est très confortable avec la climatisation dans toutes les pièces. La salle de bain est fonctionnelle. L'entrée dans l'appartement est autonome et très facile avec les excellentes indications de notre hôte qui nous a donné des infos et adresses utiles. Nous recommandons Rien, tout était très bien !

Excellent house with stunning views. Very clean. Easy communication with the property manager. The instructions on how to get to the house with the works on the main road were really appreciated. Only minor issues. In the kitchen a few more glasses, cups etc. would be appreciated. The last stretch of the unpaved road is quite rough. But good signage.

This is the second time we have stayed at the apartment and have already booked for next year , we love the apartment the view from the balcolny and being so close to the village and square Nothing we didnt like
