Villa Kalydon is a beautiful villa in a stunning location. We never get tired of looking out over Spinalonga and the Mirabello Bay. The villa was spacious, modern and well equipped and gave us the perfect setting for a relaxing holiday. The outdoor space gave us so much choice, the barbecue being a real hit. Davide's colleague, George, was a great help getting us settled in to the villa and answering our queries. We would highly recommend a stay here - it will not disappoint.

The villa is a bit up the mountainside which caused us pause when we first arrived, but thereafter we were delighted with our choice. The sea view to the east was captivating with view of the bay and Spinalonga Island, not to mention the outside lounge area with infinity pool. The interior was clean with high end kitchen and skillful design of the interior furnishings and layout. We are a family of 4 adults and were matched perfectly with the 4 bedroom/4 bathroom layout with 2 bedrooms on either side of the central living area. The beds were very comfortable and bedrooms quiet, providing restful nights. We had a hiccup with the a/c not working in one of the bedrooms but George our host had a technician there the next morning to fix it. We especially liked the location, about a 5" drive down to the pleasant village of Plaka (we prefer being closer to smaller villages for more authentic experience) and another short drive thereafter to Elounda. We were very pleased with our choice.

Villa Kalydon was such a perfect home and location - my family and I couldn't have imagined anywhere better. The house was immaculate and the position right on the hillside overlooking the Bay of Elounda made this such a special trip. We're already discussing when we can go back with friends.

House was amazing. A jewel of the area. Such a quiet place with stunning views. We wish we could have stayed a month! George, the property manager, was incredible and very accommodating. We will be back!

The place is absolutely amazing! Even more than the pictures! The huge living room, , the fully equipped kitchen and the comfortable bedrooms were perfect. And don’t forget the cherry on top - the terrace with the pool! The most beautiful view, felt like paradise. George was always available for us, making us feel welcome, checking everything was to our liking. And Didie, the owner, even left us some treats and wine as a welcoming gift. Will definitely come back!
