This place was something truly special. the space was gorgeous and clean!!! the view was EPIC! and the location was amazing. we got to explore elounda, agios nikoloas, and the gorgeous little town of Kritsa during our stay. We will definitely be back.

This villa was amazing! The view from the terrace was spectacular and the house itself was beautifully styled and so spacious. We were in Elounda for a family wedding and this villa just made our experience even more special. Close to town, quiet and well set up with all we could want or need. I cannot rate it any more highly. The host was a great communicator and information sent through was very detailed and helped with locating the property. A perfect stay!

Stayed here for the first half of our honeymoon and are so glad that we did. Villa Heliopetra is stunning and it was a highlight of our honeymoon. The space is large, clean and has everything you need and more. The views from the patio are truly breathtaking, and the photos can't do it justice. About a 15 minute walk into town along a gorgeous sidewalk right beside the ocean. The Villa is private and safe.
Georgios is an incredible host. Very responsive, and gives you a list of recommendations for things to do, along with restaurants. I'd try to get access to the list early if you are wanting to plan things ahead of time.
Overall, we would highly recommend this Villa! Elounda is amazing, and our stay here made it even better. Definitely the nicest Villa we have been fortunate enough to stay in. We will be back!

One of the most amazing Airbnbs I've ever stayed at! It was so easy to walk into Elounda (but also drive). You can swim across the street or easily access any beach nearby. I highly recommend staying here, the experience was beyond words.

Our stay was not a 5 star stay it was a 10 star stay! Prior to arrival, Georgios contacted us to offer recommendations and ensure we had info to check in. Eleni met us at the villa and gave us a tour. She was so helpful, friendly and welcoming in addition to providing local recommendations for food and activities.
The villa was extremely clean, spacious and tastefully decorated with effective AC. The outdoor spaces were relaxing and peaceful . The villa was very private with incredible views and beautiful landscaping including many fruit trees.
Plaka beach is just a short drive and we went every day to the Island Cafe for coffee and smoothies. Emmanuel was so friendly as was everyone we met in Crete. We also rented a self drive boat and enjoyed cruising around at our own pace. So much to do nearby including restaurants and shopping.
We all voted this the best air bnb we have stayed in. It is even better than the pictures and we would love to return. Thank you Georgios and team!

Had a 2 week stay at Villa Heliopetra. The villa was absolutely beautiful, very private with amazing views. Within easy walk to a couple of good tavernas (about 10 min but there is a steep driveway back up to the villa) and an easy and scenic walk along the seafront (about 20min) to Elounda which has lots of options for tavernas, bars and shops. The villa had efficient air conditioning, a well equipped kitchen and a cosy area with the option of a real fire in an impressive fireplace. We paid to have the large hot tub heated in the first week as the weather was unusually chilly, but used it unheated to cool down when the temperatures rose. We found it to be a great addition. The outstanding feature was the fabulous view of the bay from Spinalonga island round to Elounda, absolutely breathtaking! We had a problem with slow Wifi during our stay but Giorgos sorted it very quickly. He was a brilliant host and very responsive to any questions. We would love to come back to stay again soon.
